Account information: When you sign in, we collect your email address and (if signing in via Google) your name and profile photo.
Tour data: We store the tour plans you create, including property URLs, tour dates, and tour names.
Usage data: We may collect standard server logs including IP addresses and browser types for security and diagnostic purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service, including saving and retrieving your tours.
- To authenticate your identity and secure your account.
- To communicate with you about your account or Service changes.
- To diagnose technical issues and improve the Service.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) databases hosted on Cloudflare's global infrastructure. Data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Cloudflare — infrastructure, CDN, and bot protection (Turnstile).
- Google OAuth — optional sign-in via your Google account.
- Realtor.ca — publicly available listing data fetched on your behalf.
Each third party has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.
6. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. This cookie is HTTP-only, secure, and expires after 7 days. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at our help page. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
